    1. Exhibits open to all amateur flower growers in Page County 20 years & older.

    2. All plant materials must be home grown.

    3. Exhibitor may have only one entry in each class or each subclass.

    4. Exhibitors are limited to 25 entries. Exhibitors with more than 10 MUST CHECK IN PRIOR

    TO NOON of Fair Monday.

    5. All specimens must be in clear glass or plastic bottles which are furnished by the exhibitor and in proportion with specimen. For best results, condition flowers overnight. Any medium may be used to support stems at neck of bottle. No foliage can be below waterline nor may stems touch bottom of bottle.

    6. Exhibits will be received between the hours of 8:45 AM and 3:00 PM on Fair Monday.

    7. Judging will begin at 4:00 PM on Fair Monday.

    8. Entries may be removed after 10:00 PM on Fair Saturday.
